As your HAWAI'I MONTH-OF WEDDING COORDINATOR, I step in approximately 6 weeks before your wedding day to finalize, manage communication, coordinate vendors, and ensure every moving part flows seamlessly.
My role is to protect your peace, your timeline, and the experience you've worked so hard to create.
DAY OF COORDINATION starts at $2,900

Coordination coverage includes up to 10 consecutive hours onsite

Service does not include extensive decor installation, catering service duties, bussing/ cleaning, heavy lifting, or large-scale production setup

We connect through a detailed consultation, questionnaires, and timeline planning to begin organizing all final wedding logistics.
Vendor Coordination
I communicate directly with your vendors, confirm logistics, review timelines, and ensure everyone is aligned moving into wedding week.
Timeline & Flow Management
A detailed wedding day timeline is created and distributed to vendors and key participants to ensure the day flows smoothly and intentionally.
Final Week Takeover
You hand the logistics over to me so you can focus on being present, relaxed, and fully in your experience.
