As your HAWAI'I DAY - OF WEDDING COORDINATOR, I step in about 6 weeks before your big day to tie up loose ends, finalize logistics, and make sure every moving part of your wedding flows with ease. My goal is to protect your peace, your timeline, and the magic you've worked so hard to create.

You don't need to worry about cueing the music, answering vendor texts, double-checking setup, or reminding Auntie to keep her phone down during the ceremony.

I've got all of that covered.

This is your moment to be fully in love- not fully in charge.

DAY OF COORDINATION starts at $2,700

*additional assistant(s) at rate of $250 required for multiple venues or guest counts over 75

Timeline & Layout Creation

You'll receive a beautifully organized, realistic, stress-free timeline and layout- created with flow, clarity, and presence in mind.

Final Week- Full Takeover

You hand everything over to me. I become your point person, your schedule-keeper, your calm in the chaos. You simply show up, feel present, and breate.
